On March 8,
2023, the Board of Directors of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. (the
“Company”) declared a special cash dividend of $1.50 per share
to be paid on April 6, 2023, to all holders of record of issued and
outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock as of the close of
business on March 23, 2023.
On March 8,
2023, the Company issued a press release announcing the special
dividend. A copy of the press release has been filed as
Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is
incorporated herein by reference.
