On March 9, 2023, FuelCell Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results and providing a business update as of and for the three months ended January 31, 2023.  A copy of this press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
