Change to the Board of Directors
On March 8, 2023, Erhard Schoewel resigned as a director of the
Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Coty Inc. (NYSE: COTY) (the
“Company”) after serving on the Board since 2006. Mr. Schoewel’s
resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company
on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or
practices.
