The Registrant’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2024 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the Registrant is experiencing delays in the compilation of certain supporting documentation regarding some disclosures included in the Form 10-Q.
