Rio de Janeiro, April 28, 2025, Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A – Eletrobras, informs that it has received from shareholders who jointly hold more than 5% of the Company's common shares, a request for adoption of cumulative vote in the election of members of the Board of Directors at the Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting (AEGM) to be held on April 29, 2025 at 2:30 p.m., in the virtual format.
