Auris Medical Holding Ltd. (NASDAQ: EARS), a clinical-stage company dedicated to developing therapeutics that address important unmet medical needs in neurotology and central nervous system disorders, today announced the appointment of Elmar Schärli, CPA, as new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2019. He will succeed Hernan Levett who will take up a position as CFO with another company.

Elmar Schärli has acquired almost 30 years of both private and public company finance and accounting experience in the biotech and medtech industry. In 2003, he founded ante treuhand ag, a Swiss fiduciary company supporting companies primarily in health care and technology, and has since served as its CEO.
