(NYSE: BLK), today announced the final May 2025 cash distributions for iShares Premium Money Market ETF. Unitholders of record on May 22, 2025 will receive cash distributions payable on May 30, 2025.

Details regarding the final “per unit” distribution amounts are as follows:
