(NYSE: BIG) today announced that on May 26,
2021 the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash
dividend of $0.30 per common share
for the second quarter of fiscal 2021.
The dividend will be paid on June 25,
2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business
on June 11, 2021.
