BOARD APPOINTMENTS

With effect from 1 July 2003, David John Gawthorpe and Mark Andrew Lewis

will be appointed to the board. David,who is aged 42,will become joint managing
director at Castings Brownhills and Mark,aged 39, is the managing director at
CNC Speedwell Ltd.These appointments will strengthen the board and provide
continuity for the future.
