                               Additional Listing





The Company announces that Jonathan Blain yesterday subscribed for 1,000,000 new
ordinary shares ("New Shares") at 2.5p per share.  His total holding following
this transaction is 1,200,000 which represents 0.9% of the issued share capital
of the Company as enlarged by the issue of the New Shares.  Application has been
made for the New Shares to be admitted to the Alternative Investment Market ("
AIM") and Admission of these shares to AIM is expected to become effective on
Thursday 10th July 2003.



Further to the announcements made on 1st July 2003 and 3rd July 2003 regarding
the purchase of 2,000,000 shares by Peter Freeman the purchase price should have
read 2.5p and not 0.025p as previously stated.
