Tony Smith will be retiring at the end of this financial year on 26th March
2004.

We are pleased he has accepted our offer to become a Non-Executive Director. The
appointment is invaluable to the company with his experience in Foundry
Production and Human Relations. He will add to the existing strength of our
Non-Executive Directors.
