Result of AGM

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 19 October 2005, all the
resolutions proposed were duly passed by shareholders with the exception of
resolution 4 (b) in respect of the re-appointment of Wayne Sharpe.

Accordingly, Wayne Sharpe has resigned as Chairman and is no longer a director
of the Company.  Christian Williams and Edward Adams, non-executive directors,
have been appointed Chairman and Deputy Chairman respectively on an interim
basis.

A further statement will be made in conjunction with the Company's interim
results which are expected to be announced in December 2005.
