Strategic Alliance



Bartercard's wholly owned subsidiary, Bartercard Real Estate Limited (BCRE) has
entered into a Strategic Alliance with Natwest Bank in the UK, part of the Royal
Bank of Scotland Group (RBS). The arrangement allows BCRE to introduce
Bartercard members to the RBS suite of financial services to businesses and be
paid an introduction fee, including provision of Mortgage finance for the
purchase of property.
