                            Directors' shareholding

The Company received notification today that on 1 May 2007 Dr Hans Wagner,
Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 2,716,395 ordinary shares in the Company at 8p
each, equivalent to 5.33 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of
Zone-IP. This is Dr Wagner's entire holding.

In addition, the Company received notification that Tal Barnoach, Executive Vice
Chairman, purchased 905,465 ordinary shares in the Company at 8p each,
equivalent to 1.78 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Zone-IP. This
is Mr Barnoch's entire holding.
