Watermark Group Plc, a leading provider of in-flight products, catering and
cabin management services to the airline and travel industry, confirms that, as
disclosed in the Company's Preliminary Results announcement of 1 May 2007,
Crispin Quail, Finance Director and Company Secretary, and William Skerrett,
Non-Executive Director, have resigned with immediate effect from the board of
the Company (the "Board").


Watermark is also pleased to confirm, again as disclosed in the Company's
Preliminary Results announcement of 1 May 2007, the appointment of Peter
Fitzwilliam as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with effect from
today.


Peter, 47, has been a consultant to the Company since March 2007. He has
extensive experience in all aspects of public company financial reporting and
control, investor relations, strategy development, M&A and funding.


Peter has held positions at a number of Official List companies, including: Rank
Group Plc between 1994 and 1999, primarily as Financial Controller of its
Leisure Division, and Business Post Group Plc as Group Finance Director between
1999 and 2006. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 with KPMG.


There is no further information concerning Peter Fitzwilliam which requires
disclosure under Rule LR 9.6.13 R of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules.

Crispin for his exceptional contribution during his eleven years in the roles of
Finance Director and Company Secretary and would also like to thank him for
agreeing to defer his resignation until the process for the publication of the
year ended 31 December 2006 results, the announcement of the proposed
refinancing and the publication of the circular to shareholders were complete.
The Board believes the Group has an excellent replacement in Peter Fitzwilliam
and looks forward to working with him to complete the restructuring of the Group
and returning it to growth."


He added: "I would also like to take this opportunity to thank William Skerrett
for his advice as a Non-Executive Director of the Group over the course of the
last nine years."
