Directors' Interests - grant of options

The Company announces that, following the passing of the resolutions at the
Company's AGM on 29 July 2007, on that date options to subscribe for ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"), exercisable in each case at 1p per
Share, were granted to Directors as follows:

1. Stephen Yapp:

- 2,870,069 options pursuant to the Company's Executive Incentive Plan ("EIP"), 
  vesting 4 June 2010 and subject to certain performance conditions
  relating to the Company's share price; and

- 1,017,210 options pursuant part 2 of the EIP ("Matching Award"), vesting 
  as to 50% on 4 June 2008 and 50% on 4 June 2009, subject to the conversion of 
  Convertible Bonds due 2010 in the Company held by Mr Yapp.

- 1,000,000 options, pursuant to an Option Deed, vesting as to 50% on 4 June 
  2008 and 50% on 4 June 2009, subject to continuity of employment.

These grants comprise Mr Yapp's total option holding in the Company.

2. Peter Fitzwilliam:

- 1,551,389 options pursuant to the EIP, vesting and subject to the same
  performance conditions as detailed above; and

- 391,225 options as a Matching Award, vesting as detailed above and subject to 
  the conversion of Convertible Bonds due 2010 in the Company held by
  Mr Fitzwilliam.

These grants comprise Mr Fitzwilliam's total option holding in the Company.

3. Nick Scott:

- 1,784,097 options pursuant to the EIP, vesting and subject to the same
performance conditions as detailed above.

Following this grant, Mr Scott's total option holding in the Company comprises
2,234,617 options.
