residential and commercial development company, received notification on 28 July 
2010 that Museion Förvaltning AB bought a total of 400,000 ordinary shares at an 
average price 15.86p per share on 27 July 2010. 
 
The beneficial interest of Museion Förvaltning AB following this transaction is 
19,484,778 ordinary shares representing c.48.71% of the total issued share 
capital of the Company.
