Publication of Final Terms
London, 6 May 2020 - The Final Terms relating to the issue by
Pension Insurance Corporation plc of GBP300,000,000 Fixed Rate Tier
2 Notes due 2031 (the "Notes") are available for viewing.
The Notes will be issued under the GBP3,000,000,000 Euro Medium
Term Note Programme (the "Programme") of Pension Insurance
Corporation plc.
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be
read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 10 March 2020
relating to the Programme, as supplemented on 29 April 2020 (the
"Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes
of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.
