The Company announces that a Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("the Notice"), to be held on 3 November 2020 proposing that the company is placed into voluntary liquidation, is available to view on the Company's website www.aefrif.com . A copy of the Notice will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism in due course and copies will be posted to shareholders.
