Death of a Director

LendInvest Limited, the ultimate holding company of LendInvest Secured Income PLC is deeply saddened to announce that Angelie Panteli, Chief Financial Officer, executive director and hugely respected colleague, passed away on 30 November 2020.

Michael Evans, a Chartered Accountant, most recently holding the position of Delivery Director and before that as Group Head of Financial Control & Transformation, will take over as Interim Chief Financial Officer while we seek a long term replacement.

LendInvest's Board of Directors extends its deepest condolences and sympathies to Angelie's family at this time and would like to express its sincere gratitude for the exceptional role she has played in the development of the Company.

Rod Lockhart, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "We are shocked and saddened by this news, and our thoughts and sympathies are firmly with Angelie's family and friends at this time. Angelie's passion, drive and kindness was felt by all who worked with her, she inspired many around the business; and it was a personal honour to work alongside her.
