Temporary Suspension of Share Trading

Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO), a provider of guarantor loans in the UK, announces a temporary suspension of share trading on Monday 23 May 2022.

The Court sanctioning hearing for the Company's proposed Schemes of Arrangement (the 'Schemes'), originally announced on 6 December 2021, is scheduled to be held on 23 and 24 May 2022. In light of the limited capacity of attendees at the public hearing, there is the possibility for asymmetric information in the market should significant market sensitive information be released during the Court hearing, before the Company has time to update the whole market. Accordingly, the Board has requested the listing in ordinary shares be suspended and as such that trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange be suspended with immediate effect. Pending completion of the Court hearing, the Company will request the suspension be lifted.
