Braveheart was notified on 8 July 2022 that Trevor Brown of Braveheart and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company has purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of GBP0.116667 per share in an on-market transaction. Trevor Brown now holds a total beneficial interest in 5,071,920 Ordinary Shares (equivalent to 9.45 per cent. of the Company's voting rights).
