Chief Financial Officer and Executive Directorate Change

TI Fluid Systems plc (the "Company" and, together with its affiliates, the "Group") is pleased to announce that Alexander De Bock will be joining as Chief Financial Officer of the Group and an Executive Director of the Company by no later than 1 May 2023.

Alexander will be joining the Group from ZF Friedrichshafen AG where he currently serves as CFO and Senior Vice President of ZF's Commercial Vehicle business. Prior to joining ZF, Alexander had been CFO of WABCO Holdings Inc (NYSE: WBC), a publicly listed leading global supplier of vehicle controls systems to the Commercial Vehicle industry. He comes with 16 years of experience in the industry covering a wide range of executive roles, including the head of FP&A, investor relations, group treasurer and merger & acquisitions. Alexander began his career at Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte) as a member of the audit assurance practice and has a Master of Economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium.

Alexander will succeed Ronald Hundzinski who will be retiring. Ron will remain in his current positions as CFO and Executive Director until Alexander succeeds him.
