The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 and Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders today. The AGM will be held at 10:30am on 18 May 2023 at the offices of Teneo, 85 Fleet Street, London, EC4Y 1AE.
