PDMR Notification
Savannah, the resource development company focused on becoming
Europe's most significant producer of spodumene lithium concentrate
from its Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal, has been informed
that, Mr Sascha Keen, Chief Strategy Officer, acquired a total of
1,623,361 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") via three transactions, at an average price of 3.6566
pence per Ordinary Share, totaling GBP59,359.49.
Following this acquisition Mr Keen has a total beneficial
interest in 1,773,361 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% of the
Company's issued share capital.
