Flutter announces the following changes to the membership of its Board Committees with effect from 28 April 2023:

   (i)         Nancy Cruickshank to step down as a member of the Nomination Committee; 
   (ii)        Nancy Cruickshank to be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee; 
   (iii)       Nancy Dubuc to be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.
