Dividend timetable

Yü Group PLC (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas, electricity and smart meters to the UK corporate sector, announces that all resolutions proposed at the Company's AGM held earlier today were duly passed.

Accordingly, the Company will pay a final dividend of 3 pence (2021: nil). The dividend will be payable on 20 June 2023 to all shareholders on the register on 2 June 2023 and the shares will go ex-dividend on 1 June 2023.
