Notification of PDMR's interests
The Company announces that it was notified on 07 February 2023
that Stephen Gould, a person discharging managerial responsibility
in the Company , had, on 06 February 2023, exercised options over
500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") that were issued in July 2018 (300,000 shares with an
exercise price of 49.6 pence per Ordinary Share) and November 2018
(200,000 shares with an exercise price of 38.25 pence per Ordinary
Share) under the Company's Share Option Plan. The option exercises
were satisfied via a transfer of Ordinary Shares from the Company's
Employee Benefit Trust.
The Company has also been notified that Stephen Gould sold all
500,000 Ordinary Shares received. The sale took place on 07
February 2023 at a price of 59 pence per Ordinary Share.

with a network of 191 sales outlets across the UK. Its dealerships
operate predominantly under the Bristol Street Motors, Vertu and
Macklin Motors brand names.
