Board Changes


Pursuant to paragraph LR9.6.11 of the Listing Rules, the Company confirms that
Brian Niles has been appointed a non-executive director of the Company to
replace Robert Gray who has tendered his resignation as a director.  The changes
are effective 25 September 2007.

Brian Niles is currently a director of Songbird Estates plc and there are no
other directorships or details to be disclosed in respect of Mr Niles under
LR9.6.13.
