LP Hill (AIM: LPH), the AIM listed uranium, thorium, base and precious metals and gemstones exploration and development company operating in Madagascar, announces that, on 1 December 2014, the Company received notification from Hereford Group Limited that it is interested in 6,115,290 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 15.50 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
