Gibbs and Dandy plc the Luton based builders merchant group, announce Director
and Company Secretary change.

Further to the announcement of 10 March 2005, Mr. Howard M Jones retired from
the board of the Company and as its Company Secretary with effect from 2 May
2005. The Managing Director, Mr. Michael Dandy, has been appointed Company
Secretary for the time being, in addition to his board responsibilities.
