                       Change in major interest in shares

International Marketing and Sales Group Plc ("IMSG", "The Company") received
notification on 7th January 2008 from Charlemagne Capital Limited's relevant
subsidiaries, on behalf of managed funds, that following recent transactions it
now has an interest in 2,444,149 ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each in the
Company, representing approximately 5.44% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital. IMSG currently has 44,960,240 ordinary shares in issue.
