                             Directors Share Dealing

International Marketing and Sales Group Limited (LSE:IMSG )(IMSG, the
"Company"), the emerging markets focused sales and marketing company, today
announced that Greg Thain, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
IMSG, purchased 15,000 Ordinary shares in the Company at 158 pence per share on
21 January, 2008, following the purchase of 15,000 shares on 18 January 2008.
Both purchases were through his pension fund.
