   As noted in the Company's interim report in May 2015 the Company has 
been in the process of refreshing the Board of Directors.  Accordingly 
The Company is making a number of changes to the Board as noted below. 
 
   RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 
 
   The Company wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Douglas Breen, as a 
non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 30 September 
2015. 
 
   Mr Breen has been a director of the Company since its incorporation and 
listing in 2008 and the Board wish to record their appreciation for his 
contribution to the Company's deliberations over that time. 
 
   RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 
 
   The Company wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Graeme Ross, as a 
non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 6 November 2015. 
 
   Mr Ross has been a director of the Company since its incorporation and 
listing in 2008 and the Board wish to record their appreciation for his 
contribution to the Company over that time. As Mr Ross is a Director and 
Partner of the Administrator, he will be available to the Company in a 
consultancy capacity. 
 
   APPOINTMENT OF STEPHEN FOLLAND TO THE BOARD OF NEW CITY ENERGY LIMITED 
 
   The Company has pleasure in announcing the appointment of Stephen 
Folland as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 6 
November 2015. 
 
   Stephen Folland has more than 20 years' experience at senior levels in 
the administration, compliance and corporate governance of both open-end 
and closed-end funds, including private equity vehicles, in the Channel 
Islands, Europe and the United Kingdom. 
 
   Since 2008 he has been an independent non-executive director to a number 
of Jersey-based entities (hedge funds, infrastructure, private equity 
and natural resources) and also acts as a company secretarial consultant 
to offshore companies in the funds and fund management sectors. 
 
 
 
   Prior to 2008, he was a vice president of a private Swiss bank between 
2005 and 2007, responsible for the compliance and secretariat of their 
Jersey funds and before that a senior manager, latterly a divisional 
director, within Aberdeen Asset Management plc, managing the company 
secretariat for listed client companies during the period from 1996 to 
2005. 
 
 
 
   He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and an 
Associate of the Institute of Financial Services (formerly Chartered 
Institute of Bankers).
