Directorate change,Adviser Appointment and Issue of Equity
Nordic Energy PLC, a company focussed on making investments in
the North Sea oil and gas sector, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Ian Donald and
Kenneth Paul Seymour as
non-executive directors to the Company with immediate effect.
The Company is further pleased to announce the appointment of St
Brides Media & Finance Ltd to assist Nordic with its financial
PR strategy. The Company has agreed to issue new ordinary shares in
consideration of this service and has today, accordingly, issued
480,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 1.25p per share.
The information below in relation to Mr. Donald and Dr. Seymour
is disclosed pursuant to the ISDX Rules for Issuers paragraph 18,
Appendix 1.
Mr. Ian Donald - Non-Executive
Director
Mr. Donald has 30 years' experience in the subsea & field
development aspects of the offshore energy sector. He has fulfilled
board, executive, technical and project management roles within the
operator, major service company and SME environments with
demonstrable success.

Dr. Ken Seymour
Dr. Seymour is an upstream oil industry manager with over 30
years' experience in international operations assisting clients in
acquiring and developing their upstream assets. He has had 22
years' formal employment with quoted mature E&P companies with
market caps in excess of US$1bn at
companies including CNR, BP Exploration and E.ON Ruhrgas.

the Board. This is an exciting time for the Company following the
recent award to NikOil, a private company owned by myself and
Pat Rocholl, our CFO, of a large
offshore exploration and production licence in the Danish North
Sea. Subject to Danish Government consent, this licence will be
transferred to Nordic Energy and become our first project, a major
milestone for the Company. With extensive oil and gas experience
behind both Ian and Ken, we look forward to working with our new
Non-Executive Directors as we aim to deliver on our strategy of
