Change of name and TIDM

Further to the announcement earlier today in relation to the passing of the resolutions at the General Meeting held this morning, the Company can now confirm that the change of the Company's name to Phimedix Plc has been registered at Companies House

Trading in the Company's shares on AIM are expected to commence under the new name, Phimedix Plc, and the new TIDM code "PHM" with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Tuesday 10 March 2020. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL number will remain unchanged.

Further announcements in relation to the Disposal, Share Consolidation and the Share Buyback will be made as appropriate.

Definitions

Defined terms used in this announcement have the meanings set out in the announcement dated 14 February 2020, in relation to the disposal of Masterpiece Enterprises Limited, which is available on the Company's website ( www.zibaometals.com ).
