                        Further re. redemption of loan notes



On 6 September 2005 the Company announced it had reached agreement with
Granville Baird Capital Partners ("GBCP") for the redemption of #4.6 million of
loan notes held by funds advised by GBCP in exchange for 3,460,674 ordinary
shares in the capital of the Company ("the Redemption").



On 30 November 2005 a circular was posted to shareholders convening an
extraordinary general meeting for 22 December 2005 for the purpose of
considering the resolutions necessary to approve the Redemption.  It has come to
the attention of the Directors that due to a printing error some shareholders
may not have received the complete notice of extraordinary general meeting in
the circular dated 30 November 2005.



The Directors have therefore decided to adjourn the meeting scheduled for 22
December 2005 and instead convene an extraordinary general meeting for 28
December 2005 to consider the same resolutions.  Notice of an extraordinary
general meeting to be held on 28 December 2005 is accordingly set out in the
circular dated 5 December 2005 being posted to shareholders today.



Shareholders should ignore the circular dated 30 November 2005 and the
accompanying proxy card and should return only the blue proxy card accompanying
the circular dated 5 December 2005 for not later than 10.00 a.m. on 23 December
2005.
