The Pricing Supplement dated 21 June
2024 relating to the issue by Unite Group plc on 25 June 2024 of
£400,000,000 5.625 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2032 (the
"Notes") is available for viewing. The Notes have
been admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of
the London Stock Exchange.
