                  VI Group plc appoints Corporate Synergy Plc
                        as Nominated Adviser and Broker

VI Group plc ('the Company'), one of the leading software providers to the mould
and die industry, is pleased to announce it has appointed Corporate Synergy Plc
as its nominated adviser and broker with immediate effect.

Commenting on this appointment, Steve Palframan, Chairman, said:
