Hattrick Implements New Global Pricing Scheme

Zattikka, the online games entertainment group, is pleased to announce that Hattrick, its leading web browser football game, has introduced a new global pricing tariff. The change will act on two levels, implementing a tier system consisting of three different tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum across two price bandings.

Research into the existing subscription package indicated that the introduction of two extra packages, an entry level with more limited options (Silver) alongside a more substantial and comprehensive option (Platinum) may broaden the base of players subscribing to premium Hattrick services and therefore boosting revenue generating opportunities. The Company believes the introductory Silver tier option will offer existing players a lower cost entry point to experience some of the game's unique premium features and entice lapsed players back to the game. The newly created Platinum tier will generate incremental revenue from existing players upgrading their subscriptions to take advantage of extra features including, for the first time, the ability to manage a second team.

The new pricing structure will work as follows:

   --     All countries will adopt a three tier, Silver, Gold and Platinum system 
   --     Effective immediately, all current subscribers will become Gold subscribers 

-- All countries will then be divided into two bands, based on each country's propensity to pay for premium gaming services

-- Prior to this change, a Gold Supporter subscription for 12 months was EUR34.80. This will now be EUR42.95 in the higher band countries and EUR30.95 in the lower band countries, which accounts for over 60% of current Hattrick players.

-- In the higher band countries, this is the first price increase for more than two years and in part will offset the recent inclusion of VAT for EU based players

As Zattikka continues to expand the Hattrick game in key geographies, this tailored pricing structure may enable the Company to achieve faster growth.

The pricing research was conducted with The Analytics Hub, a market research agency specialising in statistical and data modelling of customer behaviour. In total, more than 10,000 Hattrick players were polled covering ten countries.
