Suspension of Dealings

Zattikka, the online games entertainment group, is announcing today its request for the suspension from trading of its shares on AIM.

As announced on 9 July 2013, and as further announced on 22 July 2013, the Group has entered into negotiations with its loan note holders with a view to extinguishing a substantial proportion of the Group's liabilities. These negotiations are focused on the disposal of Hattrick, Concept Art House and Sneaky Games back to the original vendors of these assets. These negotiations have not yet resulted in a consensus outcome and, while they continue, it is the board of Zattikka's view that these discussions will not result in a commercially solvent solution but rather a formal arrangement with creditors. As such, the Group is considering its options in the context of insolvency proceedings and has therefore requested the temporary suspension of its shares from trading on AIM pending clarification of its financial position.
