As announced on 5 August 2013, it is confirmed that David Dunckley and Ian Corfield of Grant Thornton UK LLP have been appointed as joint administrators of Zattikka plc as of 16.12 on 5 August 2013 and appointed joint administrators of Hattrick Europe Limited as of 16.10 on the same date. It is further confirmed that the transactions contemplated as per yesterday's announcement at 13:49 have been duly completed.
