The Company confirms the resignation of its secretary on the following dates:

The Company also advises that its 100% owned subsidiary, Zattikka UK Limited entered Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation on 8 November 2013. Zattikka UK Limited's sole director, Mark Opzoomer, resigned immediately following the appointment of liquidators.

Harbottle & Lewis LLP resigned as company secretary of HEL Realisations 2013 Limited (formerly Hattrick Europe Limited) and Zattikka UK Limited on 24 October 2013.
