Buca di Beppo is adding distinctive new dishes to its traditional Italian lunch and dinner menus. New dishes are available starting today. Highlights include two styles of Bucacini, Buca di Beppo�s version of the traditional Sicilian antipasti Arancini, which are named for their resemblance to a little arancia or orange. This uniquely Italian specialty is seldom found in American restaurants. Also exciting are the three flavors of Buca-branded Gelato della Casa, Italian ice cream crafted especially for Buca di Beppo. �We always look for dishes that celebrate our Italian heritage and offer dynamic flavors to our guests,� said Carron Harris, vice president of food and beverage for Buca di Beppo. �Our new menu additions for lunch and dinner are powerfully-flavored cuisine.� Antipasti -- Bucacini: Risotto balls filled with rich ingredients reminiscent of the gardens of Sicily -- Pesto Bucacini: Sun-dried tomato and mozzarella filling -- Sausage and Gorgonzola Bucacini: Spicy Italian sausage and gorgonzola filling -- Prosciutto Stuffed Mushrooms: Mushrooms stuffed with prosciutto, asiago cheese, fresh sage and rosemary, baked to golden perfection and served on a bed of pesto cream sauce Mio (single portions of Buca di Beppo�s favorites) -- Scampi Finocchiona: Shrimp sauteed with Tuscan finocchiona salami, fresh fennel, roasted red and yellow peppers, roasted garlic and our smashed tomatoes, served with crostini for dipping Desserts -- Gelato: The perfect Italian ending to a meal in chocolate, vanilla, pistachio and seasonal favorites Lunch -- Italian Deli Wrap: Sliced Italian meats, provolone cheese, peppers, cucumbers and Italian vinaigrette wrapped in Buca's pizza bread -- Sausage & Peppers: Spicy Italian sausage, red and green bell peppers, onion, provolone and marinara on a toasted hoagie roll; served with marinara on the side Dishes are available in three generous portion sizes: share Buca Large dishes with a big group, split a meal for two to three with Buca Small, or enjoy single servings of Buca di Beppo favorites with Buca Mio.
