Dynamics Research Corporation Names Nickolas Stavropoulos to Board of Directors ANDOVER, Mass., May 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dynamics Research Corporation (NASDAQ:DRCO) today announced that Nickolas Stavropoulos, Executive Vice President, KeySpan Corp. (NYSE:KSE) has been named to the Dynamics Research Corporation Board of Directors. He was elected to serve as a Class II Director, with a term expiring in 2007. Mr. Stavropoulos was also appointed to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. "DRC is very fortunate to have Nick Stavropoulos as a member of its Board of Directors," said James P. Since July of 2004, Mr. Stavropoulos has served as President, KeySpan Energy Delivery where he has responsibility for the operation of a multi-state natural gas utility with more than $4.4 billion in revenues serving nearly 2.6 million customers. Prior to joining KeySpan Mr. Stavropoulos served as Executive Vice President of Finance, Marketing and Chief Financial Officer of Colonial Gas Company from 1995 until 1999, when it was acquired by Eastern Enterprises and he was appointed Senior Vice President of Marketing and Gas Resources. The following year KeySpan acquired Eastern Enterprises and appointed Mr. Stavropoulos Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing of KeySpan Energy Delivery, NE, and then President in 2002.
