Former President of Perot Civilian Federal Services Further
Strengthens DRC's Management Team ANDOVER, Mass., Sept. 29

(NASDAQ:DRCO) today announced that Jeanne D. LeFevre has joined the
company as Senior Vice President & General Manager of its newly
formed Federal Solutions Group. Ms. LeFevre will be based in
Vienna, Virginia and will have responsibility for managing DRC's
Washington area business with Federal government customers,
encompassing defense, civilian and intelligence agencies. "Jeanne
is a tremendous addition to the DRC's senior management team," said
James P. Regan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DRC. "She
brings broad experience, outstanding leadership credentials, and an
impressive business growth track record in the government IT
services industry. Jeanne is one who makes things happen and she
will strengthen DRC's position for accelerated growth in this major

team." Prior to joining DRC, Ms. LeFevre was President, Civilian
Federal Services Division, Perot Systems Corporation where she grew
revenues by 34% over a two year period. The primary focus of her
organization was to provide IT services to the federal civilian
customers. Ms. LeFevre was Vice President of the Systems
Development Group at Soza and Company prior to its acquisition by
Perot in 2003. In this role she grew revenues from $1 million to
$30 million over a three year period. The majority of her career
was spent with Unisys Corporation in various positions of
increasing responsibility across the United States providing
support to customers who included NASA, Johnson Space Center, FAA,
USDA and the US Postal Service. Active in the Washington area, she
is on the Board of Directors of Hopeline and a member of Women in
Technology, IAC and AFCEA. "More than a third of DRC's billable
employees are located in the Washington D.C. market and the
addition of Jeanne, a seasoned IT professional, will strengthen our
operating leadership presence in the area," Regan added. About
