Dynamics Research Corporation Awarded $34.5 Million in Air Force Contracts

ANDOVER, Mass., Dec. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dynamics Research
Corporation (NASDAQ:DRCO) today announced that its wholly owned
subsidiary HJ Ford has received prime contract awards totaling
$34.5 million in annualized revenue for Advisory & Assistance
Services to the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) and Air Force
Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base,
Ohio. This amount represents a 19 percent increase in annual
revenues and is comprised of both renewal and new work. The
Aeronautical Systems Center work includes $31.8 million of expanded
renewal work and $1.3 million of new work. These one-year task
order awards were made against HJ Ford's Blanket Purchase Agreement
with the Aeronautical Systems Center, which requires the delivery
of programmatic services to key Air Force weapon systems management
offices. The specific customers supported include the Long Range
Strike, Reconnaissance, Mobility and ACS System Wings, the Training
Aircraft System Group, and the F/A-22 System Program Office. The
Air Force Research Laboratory work, worth $1.4 million, consists of
the second option year of a 5-year contract supporting the Sensor
Development Office of Air Force Research Laboratory. This option
has been made against HJ Ford's Professional Engineering Services
