Web-Based Solution Supports Child Welfare Workers with Advanced Processes and Technologies ANDOVER, Mass., Feb. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dynamics Research Corporation (NASDAQ:DRCO), a provider of innovative engineering, technical and information technology services and solutions to federal and state governments, today announced that Ohio's Statewide Child Welfare Information System is expanding to full operations from the initial pilot county, with statewide rollout to be completed in November 2007. Fully implemented, the system will support more than 6,000 caseworkers and users in 88 counties as the primary case management tool. The Ohio Department of Job and Families and Ohio's 88 county child welfare agencies joined forces with the DRC team in converting data from the six metro counties as well as the department's legacy system that held data from 82 county agencies. Production operations on the new system began in August, 2006 with the initial pilot implementation for Muskingum County. The six large metro counties and all additional counties will begin production operations over the next nine months. "This highly successful project brings real-time access to critical information to county caseworkers and agencies. Especially beneficial is the ability to maintain up-to-date family and case information for those clients who have moved from one county to another.
