Distinguished Former CIA Executive to Expand Company's Partnerships with the Intelligence Community ANDOVER, Mass., May 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dynamics Research Corporation (NASDAQ:DRCO) today announced the appointment of Ocassa Thompson to Business Unit Director, Intelligence Agencies within the Federal Solutions Group. In this role, Thompson will play a key role in expanding DRC's footprint in the intelligence market by building relationships and developing business opportunities with members of the Intelligence Community (IC). Thompson joins DRC after a distinguished career as a senior executive within the National Clandestine Service (NCS) of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Most recently, she established the Innovation Cell of the NCS for Community HUMINT (Human Intelligence) within the Office of the Deputy Director and served as Chief of this new element. As such, she identified innovative approaches, best practices and lessons learned to be shared within the Intelligence Community. Thompson also served as a member of the CIO Corporate Board, where she contributed to decisions regarding policy, personnel and budget, in addition to several other senior management positions. Thompson holds a bachelor of arts in history from the College of White Plains and Pace University, and has also completed graduate work in African Studies at both Syracuse University and Howard University. She will be based out of DRC's office in Vienna, VA.
