ANDOVER, Mass., June 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dynamics Research Corporation (NASDAQ:DRCO) today announced Deborah Brunetti has been named Vice President and General Manager of Contracts. Brunetti will oversee and manage all contractual activities including RFP review and analysis, requirements and risk identification and mitigation strategy creation to ensure that the company meets customer terms and specifications. "Deb is a strong, effective leader with exceptional subject-matter expertise in resolving complex contractual issues, interpreting contractual terms, negotiating and providing mitigation solutions and strategies," said James P. Regan, President and CEO of DRC. "She brings a significant breadth and depth of experience to this position that will help ensure that DRC's services can be quickly and cost effectively brought to bear for our customers." Brunetti has more than 30 years of contractual management and pricing experience with the Department of Defense and the federal, commercial, and international sectors. She joins DRC from High Performance Technologies, Inc. where she established the Contracts and Subcontracts organization and served as its Director. Brunetti's professional experience also includes a role as Senior Manager, Contracts and Subcontracts at Harris Corporation, and various executive positions at Loral Space & Communications, Bell Atlantic Network Services-Federal Systems, FannieMae, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), and BDM International. Brunetti has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Mason University and a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) in Contracting and Procurement from The George Washington University. She is also a member of the National Contract Management Association and will be based at DRC's headquarters in Andover, Mass.
